ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA:

The University of Arizona (also referred to as UA, U of A, or Arizona) located in Tucson, Arizona, United States, is the leading public research university in the American Southwest. The University of Arizona was the first university in the state of Arizona, founded in 1885 (twenty-seven years before the Arizona Territory achieved statehood). ACADEMICS:

The University of Arizona offers a wide variety of academic programs, many of which are among the nation's best. Students can choose from more than 150 undergraduate and more than 200 graduate degree programs offered through 18 colleges and 12 schools on three campuses.
 

ATHLECTICS:

The University of Arizona Department of Intercollegiate Athletics competes in the NCAA's Division I-A in the Pacific-10 Conference, which it joined in 1978. Arizona's athletic teams are nicknamed the Wildcats.

TUITION & FEES:

Arizona residents pay on estimate $8,000 to $15,000 per year depending if you live at home or on campus. Fee's can vary. Check the Arizona Website for more details. Non- Arizona residents pay on average between $24,000 to $36,000 per year.
