How long does it take for my Featured Ad to appear?
Upon posting your job as a Featured Ad, your job posting will show instantly. There is no 24 hour delay.

My Featured Ad was deleted, Will my fees be reimbursed?
In accordance with the terms and conditions of the site, all fees paid for features are non-refundable. If you have deleted your Ad or if the Ad was deleted for violating Sweet Careers Privacy Policy/TOS or Job Posting policies, then any fees paid will not be refunded.

Can I withdraw a Featured Ad and get refunded?
In accordance with the terms and conditions of the site, the fees for Featured Ads are non-refundable after 3 days. If you want your Ad to no longer appear in the top Ads section simply contact us through our online contact centre.

Can I upgrade to a Featured Ad after my job has been posted?
No. Jobs that are not upgraded at the time of posting, cannot be upgraded after. Sweet Careers does this to limit competition amongst both employers and job agencies.
