Creating an Account/Account Types?
You Can Register as Job Seeker or Employer. If you are looking for employment please register as a Job Seeker. If you are an Employer looking to post jobs please register as an Employer.
Register As: Job Seeker | Employer
Does it cost anything to post a job?
No. Job Posting & Searching is Free. You may browse and apply for jobs free of charge. We do not charge for subscriptions, other than our optional listing upgrade.
Change my password?
To change your password, simply login and click "modify profile" on the left hand side navigation - (“job seeker” or “employer”) and simply change your password. Then press modify profile and your password will be reset.
Forgot my password?
If you forgot your password you can have it emailed to you CLICK HERE. Simply enter your email address and your password will be emailed to you (to the email address you have on file). If you do not get your password your profile may no longer be on SweetCareers.com. If you no longer have the e-mail address you originally registered with, you must register a NEW account, as we do not have access to such information, nor will we provide it over e-mail.
Cannot login - Why Can't I Login?
1. You've forgotten your password and you are entering it wrong. Click HERE to retrieve your password. or
You've been deleted from SweetCareers due to one or more of the following :
1. You posted a job that violated terms.
2. You violated our Privacy Policy/TOS
3. We immediately delete scammers, spammers; any employer posting fake jobs, home based jobs or any job that is a violation of terms of posting a job, and anyone trying to direct members to other websites.
4. You tried to sell something on our website/posting advertising
5. Your profile is incomplete
6. Soliciting people for any reason or sending spam.
7. You didn't complete the sign up process and our system removed your profile.
8. We block certain countries/cities from using our website due to spam/scamming
9. Fake Email/Fake usernames, Fake Jobs (Spamming the system)
Validation Code
To confirm your account and to protect accounts from spammers/scammers, you must enter a validation code upon receiving an e-mail after registering. You will receive your validation code via e-mail after registering; you MUST enter it and follow the link for your account to be registered completely. If you do not validate your account, your account will not be activated. After 30 Days, accounts that are NOT validated are deleted from the system.
Restrictions for posting a job?
Sweet Careers has the highest standards for the jobs that appear on our site. Every single ad is screened to ensure that job seekers are protected.
• We do not accept postings that require a payment from job seekers
• Please do not post the same position to every location on our site. If the job is home based or can be done at any location, please use the Main Country Page to post in.
• We only accept job postings, not ads for other employment services. Job fairs are accepted.
• MLM, work-at-home schemes and other similar ads are not accepted. Legitimate home based jobs are accepted.
• Keep in mind that this site is intended for users 16 and up. Postings must be suitable for all ages.
Deleted profiles why?
Your profile was deleted because you have violated the terms in the Privacy Policy/TOS or violated the job posting terms. The most common reasons for being deleted are:
1. You posted a job that violated terms.
2. You violated our Privacy Policy/TOS
3. We immediately delete scammers, spammers; any employer posting fake jobs, home based jobs or any job that is a violation of terms of posting a job, and anyone trying to direct members to other websites.
4. You tried to sell something on our website/posting advertising
5. Your profile is incomplete
6. Soliciting people for any reason or sending spam.
7. You didn't complete the sign up process and our system removed your profile.
8. We block certain countries/cities from using our website due to spam/scamming
9. Fake Email/Fake usernames, Fake Jobs, Fake Location (Spamming the system)
Job Posting Length
When posting a job keep in mind that there is a SHORT DESCRIPTION and a LONG DESCRIPTION. The short description is visible on the main search page; this short description allows the job seeker to quickly know what type of job you are posting. The short description should be brief and enticing to the job seekers. Think of it as marketing your job, to prospective candidates.
The long description is where you can put all your information about the job description i.e skills, task/duties, requirement, etc.
How long can I post a job for?
You may post your job for as long as you wish, we do however delete jobs older than 60 days. It is MANDITORY to enter a job expiry date. If you do not want to receive resumes past your closing date, please indicate this date in the job expiry date ("close date").
Why was my job deleted?
Your job was deleted because it does not abide by the terms/restrictions in posting a job. As per our Job Posting Terms:
• We do not accept postings that require a payment from job seekers
• Please do not post the same position to every location on our site. If the job is home based or can be done at any location, please use the Main Country Page to post in.
• We only accept job postings, not ads for other employment services. Job fairs are accepted.

Uploading/Change Resume
You must upload a resume to apply for jobs posted on our website (unless the employer accepts them via their website, email, fax etc).
To upload your resume, simply go to your profile, click on “upload resume”, browse your computer for the file location of your resume and hit upload. Your resume is now uploaded and you can apply for jobs.
To change the resume you have simply click the upload my resume button and re-upload your resume, this will delete the current resume you have on file. Click modify profile and your new resume is now uploaded.
Delete My Resume?
To delete your resume simple “highlight or delete the “path” in your resume profile field” and leave this field blank. Simply, press the “modify” profile button and your resume has now been deleted from our database. We cannot retrieve resumes that have been deleted. They are permanently deleted from our database!
Applying for a Job/How
To apply for a job simply click the “apply now” button at the bottom of a job posting. If you do not have a resume within your profile, you will need to upload one. Sometimes employers will ask that you visit their website to apply for a job, in which case you will need to upload your resume to their website. Please follow the direct instructions listed by the employer of how to apply for the job.
Is my resume visible/searchable to employers?
Your resume is NOT searchable to employers, as we do NOT have this featured enabled on our job board (nor do we plan too!). We do not sell resume databanks. Our resume upload option is only for apply for jobs on our job board. No employer has access to your resume or profile.
Scammers/Spammers
If you noticed any jobs that violate our job posting terms, please contact us and send us the link or copy/paste the job into the message box on our contact form. We will review these jobs immediately and delete them from our system.
How Do I link my jobs to my own corporate site?
Simply copy/paste the link of your employer profile page and download our images available to you. Or simply copy the link of your employer profile page and link it on your own website. This page will show job seekers all your current postings as well as your corporate profile information.
Edit my profile information
To edit any portion of your profile information – simply click “modify profile” from the left hand navigation, and update any of the registration information.
Upgrade costs?
TO upgrade your job posting, the cost is $39/2 weeks (14 days) from the time you upgrade. Upgrades can ONLY be made at the time of posting your job(s). You cannot upgrade after. We do this to limit competition. Your listing will move to the top of a job category. Click here for more information.
Upgrade Features/Why?
Why you should upgrade? If you want your job to be visible to the next possible job seeker, this is the best option for you. All upgraded jobs move to the top of the category.
Employer profile page/What is it?
Our employer profile page allows the job seeker to get to know you better. It allows you to stand out from your competitors. It allows the job seekers to know why your number 1 and why they should want to apply to your corporation. The employer profile page also allows you to link your company website directly to this page (employer profile), which will list all your current available jobs. Uploading Logos
Employers can upload logos – our logo size maximum is X pixels. Your logo will be placed on the job posting itself and on your employer profile page. All logos must be either: jpeg, gif or tif. No other forms are accepted.
Job Searching
You can search jobs on our website by either of the following ways:
- By City
- By Category in that city
- By Country
- Search the entire job board
- Search that specified category
Favourites/Bookmarking
Job seekers can bookmark jobs that you have found an interest in. Your list is collected and stored for your use only. You can go back to your bookmarked list at any time.
Delete my profile
You can delete your profile by requesting deletion through our contact centre. You must verify your e-mail address. We check all deletions prior to deleting an account. If we do not receive a confirmation e-mail from you, from the registration e-mail address on file, your account will NOT be deleted. We check such information to ensure security. Account deletion can take 1-3 business days on average or longer. Please be patient. If you go through the process of deleting your account your profile is gone for good. We cannot restore your profile.
E-mail Newsletter
You can subscribe/unsubscribe from our email newsletter at anytime. We ONLY send our newsletter out ONCE per month. Our newsletter features prudent information for job seekers and employers. Click here to subscribe/unsubscribe.
